1. General information
This website is operated by Cinderella (Individual Entrepreneur Sopio Akhalaia, identification number 01009014571, address: 2 Bakuriani St, Tbilisi). Contact: 577 192 192, sopo@cinderellasbox.com.
These terms apply to use of this website and orders for Cinderella gift sets.
2. Orders
- Corporate (company) orders have a minimum of 10 sets. Individuals can order a single set.
- Prices are not listed on the website. Price, contents, delivery time and terms are agreed separately for each order.
- An order is confirmed only after both parties agree the details in writing and a 50% advance payment is made.
3. Images and contents
Images on this website are illustrative. Images of the new collection are preliminary visualisations, not photographs of final products. Packaging, brand, colour or size may vary. If an item is unavailable, we will replace it with an equivalent item by agreement.
4. Allergens
Sets may contain nuts, walnuts, honey, dairy, gluten and other allergens. We will provide information on each product’s ingredients before you order.
5. Alcohol
Gift Set 03 contains sparkling wine. Sets containing alcohol are sold only to people over 18. The customer is responsible for ensuring that such sets are given only to adult recipients. On request, we will replace the wine with a non-alcoholic product.
6. Payment and delivery
Payment method, delivery address, date and cost are agreed for each order. We deliver within Tbilisi. Sets for the regions are sent by post, and the customer covers the shipping cost.
7. Returns and complaints
Food products in good condition cannot be returned. If a set is damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph, and we will offer a replacement or an appropriate partial refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Cinderella name, logo, text and images belong to Cinderella and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Georgian law. We will first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
